DESCRIPTION:Please join our burgeoning Or HaLev sitting group in DC for an hour of chanting\, silent practice and teaching most Tuesday nights this winter and spring from 7-8pm.  \nWe begin and end with a chant\, offer about 10-15 minutes of teaching related to where we find ourselves in Jewish spiritual time and allow for a spacious\, rich period of silent practice. These sits are held by Rabbi Lauren Tuchman\, Jill Minneman and Amy Golen. We are delighted to be offering a new season of sitting. All levels of experience with meditation practice are warmly welcomed.
