Mick’s Mindfulness Session pre HHD’s

The High Holidays are a time of renewal and reflection. Mindfulness and meditation give you the opportunity to pause, be still and reset. In this session we will take time to do just that. In this session we will take time in meditation to stop and pay attention to your body, breath and spirit. There will also be group sharing and reflection on moving into the new year, letting go and building on the positive in your life
