Meditation Group

Please join the Jewish Mindfulness Center for a 6-part series focusing on meditation, breathing, and self-presence.  This series is for those grounded in a meditative practice and those eager to bring meditation into their life.  Through the course of this series we will learn the practice of releasing our thoughts, anchoring our breath, and focusing our energy on being grounded in the present.   All are welcome to join and bring meditation into their daily life.
