Dear Death, Dear Life Workshop

In this group we will discuss and explore what ultimately brings us joy in life and peace in death. This group will provide a welcoming environment in which to reflect on your life and what’s most important. It will also be an opportunity to think and talk about your thoughts, questions and experiences with death. This will be an interactive group that will include discussion, journaling and time for reflection.
